Your full balance (selfie credit + referral commission) becomes eligible for cash withdrawal after 10 successful referral assessments. At 9 referrals, your balance stays in your account — you can spend it on LingoGrade products, but cannot withdraw cash. The moment referral #10 is completed, your entire accumulated balance unlocks for payout. Withdrawals are processed via Stripe.
Placement tips & responsibility
Your sticker, your spotlight. You choose the perfect spot — just make sure it’s somewhere appropriate and that the property owner is happy with it.
A quick “mind if I stick this here?” goes a long way. Because we can’t be there when you place it, any questions about a specific location — removal requests, cleaning, or local rules — are between you and the property owner.
To keep the programme fair for everyone, we ask that you follow our placement guidelines. If something looks off — like guideline breaches or suspicious activity — we may need to pause credits while we look into it.
We occasionally update programme terms and will always do our best to give you a heads-up beforehand.
Image consent and waiver
By uploading a selfie, you grant LingoGrade an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display your image on the LingoGrade website, social media channels, marketing materials, and any other promotional context. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the copy that may be used in connection with your image. You release LingoGrade, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of your image, including but not limited to claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or any third-party misuse. You expressly renounce any right to initiate legal proceedings or court claims against LingoGrade relating to the use, distribution, or third-party misuse of your uploaded image. This waiver is binding and irrevocable. LingoGrade reserves the right to reject, remove, or refuse to publish any submitted image at its sole discretion, including but not limited to images deemed inappropriate, offensive, or not meeting community standards. You may withdraw your consent and request removal of your photo at any time by emailing info@lingograde.com. Removal will be processed within 30 days, though copies already in circulation (print, third-party shares, cached versions) may persist beyond our control. LingoGrade may crop, resize, watermark, or overlay branding on submitted images. Submitted photos will not be used for facial recognition, AI training, or biometric processing. If other identifiable individuals appear in your selfie, you confirm that you have obtained their explicit consent to be photographed and published. Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of legal majority in your country of residence to participate in the sticker programme and submit selfies. Submissions from minors will not be accepted.
Data protection (GDPR)
The data controller is Acso Consulting LTD, Ul. Okolovrasten Pat 251, 621 Vh.1 Et.3 — Ring Tower, Sofia, Bulgaria. By submitting a selfie, you consent to the processing of your personal data (name, email address, photograph) for the purpose of verifying sticker placements, awarding credit, and publishing your image as described above. The legal basis for processing is your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) and Article 9(2)(a) GDPR). Your data will be retained for a period of 24 months from submission, after which it will be deleted unless you request earlier removal. Your data may be stored on servers operated by third-party providers (including Vercel, Supabase, and Cloudflare) which may process data outside the European Economic Area under Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards. Your submitted photo may be shared publicly on the LingoGrade website and social media channels as described in the image consent above. No automated decision-making or profiling is applied to your submission.
Your rights under GDPR: You have the right to (a) access your personal data, (b) rectify inaccurate data, (c) request erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”), (d) restrict processing, (e) data portability, (f) object to processing, and (g) withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal. To exercise any of these rights, contact info@lingograde.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection supervisory authority. Consent is freely given and voluntary — refusal to consent will not affect your ability to use other LingoGrade services, but you will not be able to participate in the sticker programme or earn credit through selfie submissions.
