These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.lingograde.com and any purchases of services from ACSO Consulting LTD ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Bulgaria, operating under the LingoGrade brand. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
LingoGrade provides language learning services, including but not limited to private and group language instruction, course materials, and assessment tools. Service descriptions, schedules, and pricing are provided on our website and may be updated from time to time.
Certain services may require you to create an account or provide personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.
All prices are listed in EUR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. We accept major credit and debit cards. Full payment is required at the time of enrollment unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing.
All services include a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first session, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. If you cancel before the course or service has commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund less any administrative fees. Once a course has started, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion. Individual session cancellations require at least 48 hours notice; sessions cancelled with less notice may be forfeited. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 30 business days.
All content provided through our services, including course materials, lesson plans, worksheets, audio recordings, and website content, is the property of ACSO Consulting LTD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use course materials for personal learning purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without our prior written consent is prohibited.
Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions on time, participate actively in the learning process, and treat instructors and fellow students with respect. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for students who repeatedly fail to meet these expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ACSO Consulting LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, examination results, or language proficiency levels.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your personal data on the following legal bases under GDPR:
Creating an account or making a purchase does not constitute consent to marketing or analytics — these require your separate, affirmative action.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
LingoGrade partners earn an exclusive revenue share on assessment booking fees only. Upsells, add-on services (homework checks, lesson packages), and tips are excluded from partner revenue share calculations. Revenue share percentages are set individually per partner agreement.
The Homework Check service (€29.95) includes personalized corrections by a LingoGrade assessor within 1 hour of submission. If homework is purchased but not submitted by the student within 48 hours of purchase, the service is considered delivered and no refund is applicable. The homework check window begins at the time of purchase.
Tips paid through LingoGrade are voluntary gratuities from students to their assessor. 100% of the tip amount goes directly to the assessor. LingoGrade charges 0% platform fee on tips. Tips are non-refundable once processed. Stripe payment processing fees apply.
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase of digital services within 14 days of the transaction without giving a reason. However, by booking a live session (assessment or lesson), you expressly consent to the service beginning before the withdrawal period expires, and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once the session has been delivered. For digital products that are not live sessions (e.g. flashcard packs, downloadable materials), the same 14-day withdrawal right applies, and you acknowledge that it is waived once you access or download the content.
