You pay for the language course.
Do you know if it works?
The Training-Audit measures your employees' language level before and after the course — independently, to CEFR. You see in black and white what your budget actually moved.
Every year you approve language courses. You never get proof they work.
What arrives at the end is an attendance certificate — "completed." What never arrives: proof that B1 has become B2. You fund an outcome no one measures — and in the next budget cycle you decide on gut feeling again.
It isn't the training that costs too little. It's the training whose result no one measures.
We don't teach — we measure.
Two independent CEFR measurements, one before the course and one after. Your training sits in between, unchanged. At the end you hold a signed before/after report that documents the level change — to CEFR Companion Volume 2020 (Council of Europe), double-validated.
Before
Baseline measurement at course start. A 25-minute conversation, signed report in 60 minutes.
Your training runs
The course stays exactly as it is. We don't intervene and we replace nothing.
After
Final measurement at course end. You receive the delta report: starting level, final level, documented change.
Evidence your finance team and leadership will accept.
In the report
- Two signed CEFR reports (before / after)
- Documented start and end level (active + passive)
- Delta proof of the level change
- Each signed report delivered in 60 minutes
For your budget decision
- A solid basis instead of gut feeling
- Keep funding what raises levels
- Stop what only consumes hours
- One invoice for the whole group
One price per employee — for the complete before/after pair.
Price per employee for both measurements (before + after) including the signed delta report. Larger groups on request.
Measured against the standard all of Europe recognises.
Every measurement follows the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR Companion Volume 2020, Council of Europe) and is double-validated. We name telc and Goethe as a benchmark, not as partners — the Training-Audit is the independent measurement beside them, not a certificate replacement and not affiliated with any school.
Would it be unreasonable to check, just once, whether the language course
delivered the level that was in the plan?
